Anti Wrinkle

What are anti-wrinkle injections?

Anti-wrinkle injections assist in the prevention of static wrinkles by stopping the signal between the nerve and muscle. Anti wrinkle injections can be used to either relax the muscles that cause fine lines or to manipulate the muscle's resting position to achieve a desired aesthetic result.

What is the treatment process?

A certified doctor will provide a free, no obligation consultation so you can take comfort in knowing that you're in professional, capable hands. During the consultation, Dr Liam Carroll will provide advice on the areas of treatment to ensure the best outcome and, if you proceed with the treatment, Dr Carroll will perform the procedure in a specialist suite.

What areas can be treated with Anti-Wrinkle Injections?

The most common treatment areas for Anti-Wrinkle Injections are crow’s feet (lines around the outer eyes), glabella (between the eyes, 'frown lines') and the forehead.

How can I optimise my results?

Please ensure you advise the doctor of any underlying medical conditions and if you are taking any blood-thinning medication.

It is recommended that you do not participate in exercise for 24 hours after the treatment and avoid touching the treatment area. This includes avoiding massages and facials in the first 24 hours.
